Richard Evans Mofe-Damijo popularly known as RMD was born on July 6, 1961 in Warri, Delta State. He attended Midwest College, Warri and the Anglican Grammar School, where he was a member of a drama club. He went on to the university of Benin to study Theatre Arts and furthered his education at the University of Lagos, where he studied law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.
